Abstract

|
This paper was attempted to clarify the concentration change of ACTH following the maximal exercise.
The subjects for the experiment were 80 male students(28: trained, 28: untrained, 24: control).
Every subject performed graded bicycle ergometer until all out. Blood was sampled on the antecubetal vein in the pre-exercise; at the immediate post-exercise; at 30, 60min after stop of graded bicycle ergometer exercise.
The concentration of ACTH was determined with radioimmunoassays. The results of this study were as followings;
I . Changes of concentration in ACTH was found in Athletics Group; Its concentration pre-exercise was 21.46¡¾ 12.12(pg/ml). and right after all-out was 47.50¡¾ 18.76(pg/mi), recovery 30min was 20.82 ¡¾ 11.71(pg/mi), 60min was 19.79¡¾9.64(pg/mi).
2. Changes of concentration in ACTH was found in non-Athletics Group; Its concentration pre-exercise was 22.24¡¾ 14.72(pg/ul), and right after all-out was 44.72¡¾ 16.89(pg/?i), recovery 30min was 23.52¡¾ 12.07(pg/mi). 60min was 22.74¡¾7.65(pg/mi).
3. Changes-of concentration in ACTH was found in control Group; Its concentration pre-exercise was 20.75 ¡¾ 11.40(pg/?l), and right after all-out was 51.27¡¾22.52(pg/ui), recovery 30min was 26.97 ¡¾9.72(pg/ud), 60min was 22.72¡¾8.25(pg/x1).
